Malin 2dcdb00a21 feat: skip starred products; add type field ...

- Skip products where description contains '*' after the (NNNNN) code
  (e.g. "France*") — MTZ's exclusion marker
- Add 'type' field (col G, numeric prefix stripped) to API response
