README: mainstream framing, honest warning, simpler download
Add a prominent "please read before using" block up top: it states plainly that the bridge works against Tuta's end-to-end model and widens the attack surface, links Tuta's own public stance, and frames who it is actually for (advanced users who trust their device but not the provider). Simplify Download (per-OS links to the latest release) and Getting started (three steps plus a connection table). Remove every dash separator from the prose.
