fix: prevent form help text truncation in left panel (#2238)

Fixes #2225

Added word-wrap and overflow-wrap properties to .qf-help to ensure
long helper text wraps properly instead of being truncated in the
narrow left panel.

Changes:
- Added word-wrap: break-word to .qf-help
- Added overflow-wrap: break-word to .qf-help
- Added line-height: 1.4 for better readability of wrapped text

The fix ensures helper text remains fully readable in the question
form without requiring panel width changes or tooltips.
