Every time I feel like there are enough observations to act on, I start a quick skill improvement session in a Cowork task. I just tell Claude that I think it's time to improve a certain skill, or all skills that have observations waiting. Claude then creates updated versions that I can review before uploading them via Settings → Capabilities.
