Section 06 prompt · update to dev event launch brief

The shared prompt in the Before/After Hallmark gallery used the old
Quiet Hour natural-wine brief — stale now that the before/after
thumbs were swapped to the DevForge dev-conference landing pages.
Updated the prompt to match the new content.
