bench: crusoe endpoint key env must be OPENAI_COMPAT_API_KEY

The container runtime injects the trial key under exactly the
api_key_env name, but buzz-agent's provider=openai path reads only
OPENAI_COMPAT_API_KEY (crates/buzz-agent/src/config.rs req()). A
vendor-named var (CRUSOE_INFERENCE_API_KEY) would fail every agent at
config parse before the first request. Matches the pattern of every
other provider=openai endpoint config in testbed/endpoints/.
