fix: Resolve critical file copying issues in install.sh
BREAKING: Core installation functionality was failing due to: - Error suppression hiding actual cp failures (2>/dev/null removed) - Process substitution hanging in non-interactive environments - Directory isolation issues in get_source_files function - Terminal control sequences causing hangs in automated environments - Arithmetic operations compatibility issues Fixed all 46 files now copy successfully vs 0 before. ⚠️ TESTING REQUIRED: This is a significant change to core installation logic. Please test thoroughly across different environments before merge. Will create PR for review - do not merge directly to master. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.ai/code) Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
