4963ab3bbd
All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

비디오 파일이 담긴 multipart form data를 받습니다. 이 도구에는 구성 가능한 설정이 없습니다.

## Notes {#notes}

- 길이가 최대 5분인 클립으로 제한됩니다. 더 긴 비디오는 400 오류로 거부됩니다.
|
|
- 비디오와 오디오 트랙이 모두 역재생됩니다. 오디오 없이 비디오만 역재생하려면 먼저 음소거하세요.
|
