SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Images to Video

Biến một tập ảnh thành video trình chiếu với thời lượng mỗi ảnh, độ phân giải và tốc độ khung hình có thể cấu hình.

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/video/images-to-video

Nhận multipart form data gồm hai hoặc nhiều file ảnh và một trường JSON settings.

Parameters

Notes

Chấp nhận 2-60 file ảnh mỗi yêu cầu. Các ảnh xuất hiện trong video theo thứ tự tải lên.
Ảnh được đổi kích thước và thêm viền đệm để vừa với độ phân giải mục tiêu trong khi giữ nguyên tỷ lệ khung hình.
Tùy chọn độ phân giải square tạo ra video 1080x1080, hữu ích cho mạng xã hội.
Định dạng đầu ra luôn là MP4 (H.264).
