4963ab3bbd
All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

# 鈴聲製作器 {#ringtone-maker}
|
|

透過選擇起始時間與時長，從任何音訊檔案製作鈴聲片段（.m4r）。

`POST /api/v1/tools/audio/ringtone-maker`
|
|
|
|
接受包含一個音訊檔案與一個 JSON `settings` 欄位的 multipart form data。
|

- 鈴聲時長上限為 30 秒（Apple 限制）。
