4963ab3bbd
All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

# 着信音メーカー {#ringtone-maker}

||
開始時間と長さを選択して、任意の音声ファイルから着信音クリップ（.m4r）を作成します。

## 注意事項 {#notes}
|
||
|
||
- 出力は常に M4R 形式で、iPhone の着信音と互換性があります。
|
||
- 着信音の最大の長さは 30 秒です（Apple の制限）。
|
||
- 任意の音声形式を入力として使用できます。
