SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Làm mờ âm thanh

Thêm hiệu ứng fade-in và fade-out vào phần đầu và phần cuối của một tệp âm thanh.

Endpoint API

POST /api/v1/tools/audio/fade-audio

Chấp nhận dữ liệu form multipart với một tệp âm thanh và một trường JSON settings.

Ghi chú

Đặt một trong hai giá trị thành 0 để bỏ qua hướng fade đó. Ít nhất một giá trị phải lớn hơn 0.
Thời lượng fade được giới hạn theo độ dài âm thanh nếu vượt quá.
Đầu ra thường giữ container đầu vào. Đầu vào AAC được ghi thành M4A, và các đầu vào chỉ giải mã không được hỗ trợ sẽ chuyển về MP3.
