4963ab3bbd
All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

## Notes {#notes}
|
|
|

- หากวิดีโอไม่มีแทร็กเสียง คำขอจะคืนค่าข้อผิดพลาด 400
|
|
- MP3 เป็นแบบ lossy แต่รองรับได้อย่างกว้างขวาง WAV เป็นแบบ lossless แต่ไฟล์ใหญ่ M4A (AAC) ให้สมดุลที่ดีระหว่างคุณภาพและขนาด OGG มีให้ใช้สำหรับเวิร์กโฟลว์โคเดกแบบเปิด

- เมื่อเสียงต้นฉบับเป็น AAC อยู่แล้วและรูปแบบเอาต์พุตเป็น M4A สตรีมเสียงจะถูกคัดลอกโดยไม่เข้ารหัสใหม่
