4963ab3bbd
All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

# Rotate Video {#rotate-video}
|
|
|
|
비디오를 90, 180 또는 270도 회전하거나 수평 또는 수직으로 뒤집습니다.
|

`POST /api/v1/tools/video/rotate-video`
|
|
|
|
비디오 파일과 JSON `settings` 필드가 담긴 multipart form data를 받습니다.
|
|
|

- **cw90** - 시계 방향으로 90도 회전

- **ccw90** - 반시계 방향으로 90도 회전
|
|
- **180** - 180도 회전
|
|
- **hflip** - 수평으로 뒤집기(미러)
|
|
- **vflip** - 수직으로 뒤집기
|
|

## Notes {#notes}
|

- 90 또는 270도 회전은 비디오의 너비와 높이를 교체합니다.
|
|
- 뒤집기 작업(hflip, vflip)은 비디오 크기를 변경하지 않습니다.
