4963ab3bbd
All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

# Video Speed {#video-speed}
|
|
|
|
音声のピッチを保持するオプション付きで、動画を早送りまたはスロー再生します。
|
|
|
|
## API Endpoint {#api-endpoint}

`POST /api/v1/tools/video/video-speed`
|
|
|
|
動画ファイルと JSON の `settings` フィールドを含む multipart フォームデータを受け付けます。
|
|
|
|
## Parameters {#parameters}

## Notes {#notes}
|
|
|
|
- 倍率 `2` は再生速度を2倍にします（再生時間が半分）。倍率 `0.5` は再生速度を半分にします（再生時間が2倍）。
|
|
- `keepPitch` が `true` の場合、音声はタイムストレッチされ、声が自然に聞こえます。`false` の場合、ピッチは速度に比例して変化します。
|
|
- 有効な範囲は 0.25 倍から 4 倍です。
|
