4963ab3bbd
All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

# Rotate Video {#rotate-video}

Ein Video um 90, 180 oder 270 Grad drehen oder es horizontal oder vertikal spiegeln.

Nimmt Multipart-Formulardaten mit einer Videodatei und einem JSON-Feld `settings` entgegen.

- **ccw90** - Um 90 Grad gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen
|

- **180** - Um 180 Grad drehen
|
|
- **hflip** - Horizontal spiegeln (Spiegelbild)
|
|
- **vflip** - Vertikal spiegeln
|
|
