4963ab3bbd
All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

# Video Speed {#video-speed}
|
|
|
|
تسريع الفيديو أو إبطاؤه مع خيار للحفاظ على طبقة الصوت.
|

`POST /api/v1/tools/video/video-speed`
|
|
|
|
يقبل بيانات نموذج متعدد الأجزاء تحتوي على ملف فيديو وحقل JSON `settings`.
|

## Notes {#notes}
|
|
|
|
- عامل `2` يضاعف سرعة التشغيل (يقلل المدة إلى النصف). عامل `0.5` يقلل سرعة التشغيل إلى النصف (يضاعف المدة).
|
|
- عندما يكون `keepPitch` هو `true`، يُمَدّ الصوت زمنياً بحيث تبدو الأصوات طبيعية. عندما يكون `false`، تتغير طبقة الصوت بشكل متناسب مع السرعة.
|
|
- النطاق الصالح هو 0.25x إلى 4x.
|
