SnapOtterandGitHub 4963ab3bbd feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages

All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Video Speed

تسريع الفيديو أو إبطاؤه مع خيار للحفاظ على طبقة الصوت.

API Endpoint

POST /api/v1/tools/video/video-speed

يقبل بيانات نموذج متعدد الأجزاء تحتوي على ملف فيديو وحقل JSON settings.

Parameters

Notes

عامل 2 يضاعف سرعة التشغيل (يقلل المدة إلى النصف). عامل 0.5 يقلل سرعة التشغيل إلى النصف (يضاعف المدة).
عندما يكون keepPitch هو true، يُمَدّ الصوت زمنياً بحيث تبدو الأصوات طبيعية. عندما يكون false، تتغير طبقة الصوت بشكل متناسب مع السرعة.
النطاق الصالح هو 0.25x إلى 4x.
