All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

將 PDF 中的所有或選定頁面旋轉指定的角度。

## 注意事項 {#notes}
|
||
|
||
- 旋轉方向為順時針。
|
||
- 頁面範圍使用 qpdf 語法：`1-5` 代表第 1 到第 5 頁，`z` 代表最後一頁，並可用逗號組合多個範圍。
|
||
- 預設範圍 `"1-z"` 會旋轉所有頁面。
|
