4963ab3bbd
All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

# 铃声制作器 {#ringtone-maker}
|
|
|
|
通过选择起始时间和时长，从任意音频文件制作铃声片段（.m4r）。
|

`POST /api/v1/tools/audio/ringtone-maker`

接受包含一个音频文件和一个 JSON `settings` 字段的 multipart 表单数据。

## 说明 {#notes}
|
|
|
|
- 输出始终为 M4R 格式，兼容 iPhone 铃声。
|
|
- 铃声最大时长为 30 秒（Apple 限制）。
|
|
- 任何音频格式都可用作输入。
|
