4963ab3bbd
All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

تحويل صورة GIF متحركة إلى ملف فيديو MP4 أو WebM أو MOV مضغوط.

يقبل بيانات نموذج متعدد الأجزاء تحتوي على ملف GIF وحقل JSON `settings`.

## Notes {#notes}
|
|
|
|
- عادةً ما يقلل تحويل GIF إلى فيديو حجم الملف بنسبة 80-90% مع الحفاظ على نفس جودة الصورة.
|
|
- تُقبَل ملفات GIF المتحركة فقط. يجب أن تستخدم الصور الثابتة أداة Convert للصور.
|
|
- يستخدم MP4 وMOV ترميز H.264، ويستخدم WebM ترميز VP9.
|
