All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

Menormalkan volume audio video ke standar loudness siaran EBU R128.

Menerima multipart form data dengan file video. Alat ini tidak memiliki pengaturan yang dapat dikonfigurasi.

Alat ini tidak memiliki parameter. Ia menerapkan normalisasi loudness EBU R128 ke trek audio.

## Notes {#notes}
|
|
|
|
- Menggunakan filter `loudnorm` FFmpeg yang menargetkan loudness terintegrasi -16 LUFS dengan true peak -1.5 dBTP dan rentang loudness 11 LU (standar siaran EBU R128).
|
|
- Sample rate audio sumber dipertahankan pada keluaran.
|
|
- Jika video tidak memiliki trek audio, permintaan akan mengembalikan galat 400.
|
