4963ab3bbd
All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

# Video to WebP {#video-to-webp}

비디오 클립을 프레임 레이트, 너비, 품질을 구성할 수 있는 애니메이션 WebP 이미지로 변환합니다.

비디오 파일과 JSON `settings` 필드가 담긴 multipart form data를 받습니다.

## Notes {#notes}
|
|
|
|
- 애니메이션 WebP는 GIF보다 작은 파일을 생성하면서 더 나은 색상 지원을 제공합니다(8비트 팔레트 대비 24비트).
|
|
- `quality` 값이 낮을수록 시각적 충실도를 희생하면서 더 작은 파일을 생성합니다.
|
|
- 한 번 재생 후 멈춰야 하는 애니메이션은 `loop`를 `false`으로 설정하세요.
