4963ab3bbd
All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

# 模糊填充 {#blur-pad}
|
||
|
||
以影片經模糊、縮放後的副本填充填充區域，而非純色橫條，讓影片符合目標長寬比。

## 注意事項 {#notes}
|
||
|
||
- 模糊值越高，背景越柔和、越抽象。數值越低則保留越多細節。
|
||
- 若影片已符合目標長寬比，則會原封不動地回傳檔案。
|
||
- 若想使用純色填充，請改用「長寬比填充」工具。
|
