4963ab3bbd
All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

# Video to WebP {#video-to-webp}

將影片片段轉換為動畫 WebP 圖片，並可設定影格率、寬度和品質。

## Notes {#notes}
|
||
|
||
- 動畫 WebP 產生的檔案比 GIF 更小，且色彩支援更佳（24 位元 vs 8 位元調色盤）。
|
||
- 較低的 `quality` 值會產生較小的檔案，代價是視覺保真度。
|
||
- 對於應只播放一次即停止的動畫，將 `loop` 設為 `false`。
