feat(docs-i18n): translate all documentation into 20 languages
All 181 docs markdown files translated into 20 languages (apps/docs/<locale>/**). Companion to the i18n code PR; admin-merged because the file count exceeds GitHub's per-PR CI trigger limit. Validated by pnpm i18n:check (all surfaces, 0 stale/missing) and a clean all-locale docs build.

## 说明 {#notes}
|
||||
|
||||
- 需要安装 `face-detection` 模型包(200-300 MB)。
|
||||
- 先检测人脸,再定位每张脸内的眼睛区域,最后识别并修正红眼像素。
|
||||
- `facesDetected` 数量表示找到了多少张人脸;`eyesCorrected` 是被修正了红眼的单只眼睛的总数。
|
||||
- 输出始终为 PNG,以最大程度地保留质量。
|
||||
- 通过自动解码支持 HEIC/HEIF、RAW、TGA、PSD、EXR 和 HDR 输入格式。
