Run 10 stalled mid-compaction and runs 11-13 compacted mid-run, losing probe context. threshold 0.25 -> 0.40 (compress at 40% of context limit, doc default is 0.50) and target_ratio 0.30 -> 0.35 (preserve more recent tail). Judge/compression stay on the main model.
