* feat: add Truth Sync intent checklist * feat: add canonical agent workflow package Add the .truthmark/agent canonical workflow package, convert duplicated host workflow bodies into adapter/expanded-adapter surfaces, and validate canonical/adapter freshness in Truthmark check.
