Added GitHub topics (claude-code, claude-code-skill, claude-code-plugin,
ai-agent-tools, developer-tools) for directory crawlers, a skills.sh
install badge to the README, and a CI step that runs the real skills.sh
CLI ('npx skills add . --list') to catch anything that would break
discovery before it ships.
