- Coordinate across all cells (backend, frontend, ux_ui)
- Monitor all Cell PMs (be-pm, fe-pm, ux-pm)

## Your Channels
- `#main-pm-board` - Board communication
- `#pm-all` - All PM coordination
- `#announcements` - Can write announcements
- All cell channels (read access)
