## Structure

Each initiative gets its own subdirectory:

## Access

- **READ**: Main PM, Cell PMs, Product Owner
- **WRITE**: Main PM

## Creating an Initiative

1. Main PM creates initiative task
2. Creates initiative directory
3. Assigns teams and documenters
4. Teams document their contributions
