Renn F 431f2c72e0 [docs] sync_branch prompt + behind-base guidance (Phase B3)
Update every behind-base/rebase guidance surface to reflect the B1
sync_branch dev verb + B2 i_am_done behind-base gate: devs now self-rebase
through the gate instead of escalating a plain behind-base condition; PMs
still escalate cell/root integration branches (they have no rebase verb).

- developer.md: sync_branch in the verb table; 'When your branch is behind
  its base' rewritten — call sync_branch, do NOT i_am_blocked a plain
  behind-base; conflicts → resolve by hand, commit, sync_branch again.
- cell_pm.md: delegate signature gains intends_to_touch/adds_migration/
  touches_shared/depends_on + a 'Collision surface' section (fill it on every
  code subtask so sibling dev tasks that touch the same files sequence into a
  conflict-free order — the 2026-06-27 out-of-order break fix); behind-base
  section steers devs to sync_branch, PMs escalate only the integration branch.
- main_pm.md: behind-base section — dev leaf = dev's sync_branch; cell/root
  integration branch = escalate_up.
- RAG git-errors.md / blocked-tools.md: devs sync_branch, PMs escalate.
- docs/troubleshooting/common-issues.md: leaf self-rebases; integration branch
  still escalates to operator.
- CLAUDE.md verb surface: developer gains sync_branch.
- agents/prompts/_generated/*: regenerated via scripts/regenerate_verb_tables.py
  — adds sync_branch to the dev table AND catches the generated tables up to
  the S1/S2 delegate sequencing params + meltdown-fix note top-level params
  (the derived files had drifted stale vs the already-committed schemas).

Docs/prompts only — no code. ruff + mypy roboco/ tests/ clean.

fe6c8e387f docs: sync prompts/RAG/CLAUDE + bump to 0.11.0 (run-hardening wave) (#254)
* docs: sync prompts/RAG/CLAUDE + bump to 0.11.0 for the run-hardening wave

Documentation + version sweep for everything shipped since 889f3689 (the 0.11.0
wave: MegaTask + #249-#253 run-hardening). Closes the doc drift behind the live
incidents — agents had no branch-behind-master guidance, so a Main PM invented
a bogus "rebase subtask".

Agent guidance (the headline gap):
- main_pm / cell_pm / developer prompts: a task branch is made current at CLAIM;
  there is NO rebase/pull/merge verb at the agent layer. Never create a "rebase
  subtask" or improvise git surgery; escalate a behind-base branch
  (developer: i_am_blocked; PM: escalate_up). "A rebase subtask is always a mistake."
- board prompt: Board has no unblock verb; a blocked task assigned to it is a
  mis-assignment -> escalate_to_ceo immediately, never sit on it (respawn loop).
- developer prompt: the shared clone is git-reset on a fresh claim; push/open_pr
  target the task branch by name regardless of the current checkout.
- RAG (git-errors, blocked-tools, pr-creation): branch-behind-base, "src refspec
  does not match any", and non-fast-forward recovery -> escalate, don't improvise.

CLAUDE.md: 9 shipped behaviors synced (session-limit parking, one-active-work-
session + migration 047, push/PR-by-name + origin ref recovery, fresh-claim
workspace reset, Board never owns a coordination root, verb-runner per-action
INVALID_STATE re-check, note fire-and-forget RAG indexing,
ROBOCO_GATEWAY_HEALTH_ENABLED flag, learnings not broadcast to human roles).

Version 0.10.0 -> 0.11.0: pyproject, roboco/__init__, config.app_version +
agent-image-tag example, panel/package.json, uv.lock, README/deploy examples;
CHANGELOG [Unreleased] cut to [0.11.0] - 2026-06-24.

* docs(site): document session-limit parking + the branch-behind-base operator flow

User-facing docs site updates for the 0.11.0 wave (the run-hardening behaviors
that are operator-visible):

- models/resilience.md: the Claude session-limit (5-hour usage window) parks
  and auto-revives like an overload, not just per-request 429s / 5xx overloads.
- troubleshooting/common-issues.md: same session-limit note on the parked-
  provider entries; plus a new "task stuck on a branch behind its base" entry —
  agents have no rebase verb so they escalate it; the operator rebases from the
  panel Git tab (auto-rebase-at-spawn is the roadmap cure).

Renn F 2fb63fed1f docs: add the user-facing MkDocs documentation site
Build a complete user-facing documentation site (MkDocs Material) under docs/, served at roboco.dev/docs via a new gh-pages deploy workflow.

- Sections: Get Started, The Company, the Tour, Operating the Panel, Choosing & Running Models, Cost & Observability, Optional Subsystems, Configure & Deploy, API Reference, Troubleshooting & Security (55 pages).
- mkdocs.yml (Material theme; excludes the agent-facing rag/ corpus, internal scratch, and orphaned stub trees) and .github/workflows/docs.yml (mkdocs gh-deploy to gh-pages).
- Retire the stale root usage.md and deployment.md to redirect stubs into the site.
- Fix the docs tooling: add the pymarkdownlnt dependency + .pymarkdown.json, run serve-docs/lint-docs/fix-docs under the docs extra, add a build-docs strict gate.
- Fix the roboco console-script entry point (cli, not the un-awaited async main).
- README: correct the project-structure tree (optimal.py, alembic) and link the docs site.
