Renn F	78c6981089	test(toolchain): end-to-end interpreter-match + loud-fail guard Ties the pieces at the logic level: a target whose .python-version (3.13) conflicts with requires-python (>=3.14) provisions against 3.14, a collection error records 'broken', and the gate guard then refuses the pass.
