* [5fb82fdc] docs(gate): fix 3 PR-gate findings on lint-imports gate change (#745)

Corrects the stale comment above the Makefile `gate` target to mention
import boundaries, appends "+ lint-imports" to the `make gate` line in
agents/prompts/teams/backend.md so backend devs know boundary violations
are caught at the desk, and adds .import_linter_cache/ to .gitignore next
to the other gate-tool caches so lint-imports' ~276KB untracked cache
directory never gets swept into a commit by `commit()`'s git add -A.
