lefarcenandGitHub 088ea9041f ci(landing): post a Feishu card after production deploys (#5290) ...

`landing-page-production` promotes the live site (open-design.ai) but
never announces it — the landing/QA group only learns the site changed
by noticing. This adds a `notify` job that fires once the deploy settles
(on success AND failure) and posts an interactive Feishu card, the
production-deploy analog of notify-release-feishu.

The card carries: status (green/red), the exact deployed commit + its
HEAD subject, who promoted it, their "why promote now?" reason, a live
"打开 open-design.ai" button, and the landing-relevant changelog since
the previous successful production deploy (non-landing commits on main
are filtered out as noise). Reuses FEISHU_LANDING_WEBHOOK with the
release webhook as fallback, matching landing-page-daily-feishu.

Card generation lives in .github/scripts/landing-page-deploy-feishu.ts
with a `self-check` command (asserts copy, sanitization, and the
failure/cold-start fallbacks) run as a workflow step before posting.
