Tom HuangandGitHub 956b6607f5 feat(preview): add powered WebGL previews and examples (#5266)
* feat(powered-preview): implement cross-origin isolation for WebGL and Worker artifacts

- Introduced a new powered preview feature that allows rendering HTML artifacts in a cross-origin-isolated iframe, enabling the use of Web Workers, WASM, and SharedArrayBuffer.
- Added API endpoint `/api/preview/isolation` to report the daemon's directly-reachable HTTP origin for rendering.
- Implemented logic in the file viewer to determine if an artifact requires powered preview based on its content.
- Updated the file serving routes to support powered preview, ensuring proper headers are set for cross-origin isolation.
- Enhanced the user interface to include new scenarios for WebGL and Worker visualizations in the home hero section, with corresponding translations and descriptions.

This feature addresses the limitations of the opaque-origin preview sandbox, allowing for more complex GPU and compute applications to function correctly.

* feat(preview): add WebGL templates and lazy HTML previews

* test(web): stabilize project back routing assertion

* fix(preview): address powered preview review blockers

* fix(preview): isolate powered preview origin

Open Design Plugins

Language: English | 简体中文

This directory has two different jobs:

  • _official/ - first-party plugins bundled with Open Design. The daemon scans this tree at startup and registers these plugins as official.
  • community/ - community plugin source folders. These are installable plugins, but they are not preinstalled unless a registry entry points at them and the user installs one.
  • registry/ - default registry source manifests (open-design-marketplace.json) for official and community catalogs. These feed the Plugins Available/Sources UI.
  • spec/ - the portable plugin specification, templates, examples, and agent handoff kit for building, testing, publishing, or opening a PR back to Open Design.

The common contract is the same everywhere: a plugin is a portable agent skill folder with a SKILL.md, plus an optional versioned open-design.json sidecar that gives Open Design marketplace metadata, inputs, previews, pipelines, and trust/capability hints.
