Local-agent test fixtures omit BYOK-only fields, but provider resolution read model before rejecting non-BYOK protocols. Return before touching those fields and keep the pending-prompt API fixture explicitly valid.

Treat a blank active-provider key as draft-only while it is being edited, then persist the clear once the field is committed. This preserves incomplete replacement drafts while invalidating saved account-scoped model state.
