* AMR: normalize Vela's kimi_k2_7_code id to kimi-k2.7-code

* fix(amr): normalize Vela JSON catalog ids on the live fetchModels path

parseVelaModelJson (used by fetchVelaRemoteModelsWithRetry) was not
calling normalizeVelaModelId, so raw ids like public_model_kimi_k2_7_code
from `vela model list --format json` reached the model picker and
session/set_model unchanged.

Move the normalization call into parseVelaModelJson (mirroring what
parseVelaModels already does for the legacy `vela models` path), update
the existing unit test to assert normalized output, and add a regression
that exercises the full catalog-fetch + session/set_model flow.

Also removes four root-level scratch files (SOLVE_BRIEF.md,
CLAIM-COMMENT.md, PR-DESCRIPTION.md, PR-TITLE.md) that were local
agent working material unrelated to the daemon bugfix.

Fixes #4410
