* fix(od-next): restore production follow-up host instructions Compose production host instructions with the same fresh key persisted on the run, including native resume, cold-start input, and UI locale. Keep the instructions independent of retired model state declarations and exclude the nonce-bearing text from internal continuation retry identity. Verify optional suggestions, message persistence, and repeated preparation through the real server and run registry. Validated with main red specs, focused regression tests, guard, and the workspace typecheck. * test(od-next): preserve production test entry points Keep the existing production test header and fixture setup while sharing host-protocol assertions with a separate suggestions case. This avoids adding a conflict with the pending agent rollout tests. Validated with the focused real-server regressions, guard, and the full workspace typecheck.
