* feat(skill): add github-dashboard * docs(skill): add github-dashboard screenshot * fix(skill): address github-dashboard review * fix(i18n): cover github-dashboard skill in de/ru/fr fallback lists The localized-content coverage test asserts every skills/<id>/SKILL.md appears in each locale's skills list.
