Cheems 86ace2083a chore: merge main while preserving marker fixture probes ...

Adapt model and authentication probe regressions to the marker-based Codex fixtures without restoring plan templates or snapshot helpers.

Validated the affected daemon server file (56 tests), web refresh recovery file (61 tests), workspace typecheck, and guard.
