* fix(ci): add R2/storage credential validation preflights to workflows
Add validation steps that fail fast with clear ::error:: annotations when R2 or S3 storage secrets are missing, instead of cryptic AWS CLI errors. Also downgrade persistent cache env-var warnings to graceful fallbacks.

* fix: add MIT LICENSE files and pinned source-commits for vendored skills
Adds upstream MIT LICENSE files and pinned source-commit metadata to
skills/writing-guidelines, skills/web-design-guidelines, and
skills/make-interfaces-feel-better as required by the upstream
MIT redistribution terms.
Also fixes make-interfaces-feel-better upstream URL:
emilkowalski -> jakubkrehel (the actual source repo).

marketing/course URL). Adds upstream LICENSE files and pinned source-commit
metadata with the actual source repo path.

* fix: correct easing examples in animations.md — Tailwind syntax and easeIn->easeOut
- Replace plain cubic-bezier strings with Tailwind-ease-[cubic-bezier(0.2,0,0,1)]
so the easing is actually applied (not treated as plain text)
- Replace easeIn with easeOut in exit animation examples to align with
STANDARDS.md mandate (never ease-in on UI elements)

* fix: remove make-interfaces-feel-better — upstream lacks explicit LICENSE
The upstream jakubkrehel/make-interfaces-feel-better declares 'MIT' in GitHub
metadata but has no LICENSE file in its repository. This creates a compliance
risk for redistributed vendored content. Removed per reviewer guidance until
the upstream adds an explicit license file.
