fix(i18n): remove duplicate keys in content.ts introduced by #295 squash-merge (#303)

PR #295 was squash-merged and the squash commit dropped the branch's
cleanup commit that deleted upstream's stub entries. As a result main's
apps/web/src/i18n/content.ts now carries three TS1117 duplicate-key
errors, breaking the Typecheck workspaces CI job:

- DE_PROMPT_TEMPLATE_CATEGORIES has both 'Game UI' -> 'Spiel-UI' (line 345)
  and 'Game UI' -> 'Game UI' (line 358). Keep the German 'Spiel-UI'.
- DE_PROMPT_TEMPLATE_COPY has both an empty {} stub and a filled-in
  German entry for 'game-ui-ancient-china-open-world-mmo-hud'. Keep the
  filled-in entry.
- DE_PROMPT_TEMPLATE_COPY has both an empty {} stub and a filled-in
  German entry for 'social-media-post-sensational-girl-dance-storyboard-8-shots'.
  Keep the filled-in entry.

Local verification:
- apps/web tsc -b --noEmit: passes
- apps/web vitest: 19 files / 102 tests pass
