chore: Replace "Buy me a coffee" with "Hire me" (main)

This commit replaces the "Buy me a coffee" button with a
"Hire me" button in the navbar. It also updates the
corresponding translation in the `en/translation.json` file.
The icon has been changed to a job search icon, and the
link points to a Google Drive document.
