The previous wording said "almost always asks" with two carve-outs,
and the "user already named all three" exception let the model skip
the gate on five-word briefs by wishfully reading "podcast site" as
audience+use+tone. Removed that exception. The only silent verbs
are now audit / study / redesign --mood. Updated the prompt format
to match the canonical 1-2-3 layout (Audience · Use case · Tone)
with bolded labels. Added an explicit no-length-threshold clause:
short briefs get the same gate, the user waves through with "go ahead".
