18ed4edee4 Find TCL with /usr/lib/tclConfig.sh if possible. 
This fixes the problem that configure doesn't find the tcl libs.

8d8092a3b0 Should build properly on Linux again 
Uses PATH_MAX which is defined in limits.h.. But we forgot to include
limits.h, oops.
