Getting started
First, download this repository and unzip it.
ChatGPT or Codex
- Open the ChatGPT desktop app and choose Add project.
- Select the folder you just downloaded.
- Restart the ChatGPT desktop app.
- Open Plugins, choose AI CFO Skills, and install AI CFO.
- Start a new chat or Codex task.
If AI CFO Skills does not appear in Plugins, open a terminal in the downloaded folder and run:
codex plugin marketplace add .
Then restart the app and repeat step 4.
Local plugins require the ChatGPT desktop app. After the plugin is published in the public plugin directory, the same plugin can also be installed from ChatGPT on the web or mobile.
Claude Code

Open a terminal in the downloaded folder.

Add the marketplace and install the plugin:
claude plugin marketplace add . claude plugin install ai-cfo@ai-cfo-skills -
Start a new Claude Code session. Claude can select AI CFO automatically, or you can run
/ai-cfo:ai-cfo.
