CI's Desktop Core caught what my local gate list missed (again — the
size gate wasn't in my same-shell run this time): the new source-
contract test pushed runtime/tests.rs past its 1055-line ceiling.
Bumped to 1098 with the standard changelog comment. Test-only growth;
the file remains queued to split per the existing comments.
