Prove the persona→agent engram flow works against a live relay:

1. Publish kind:30175 persona event, create agent, publish kind:30174
   engram (NIP-44 encrypted, HMAC-blinded d-tag), query back and
   decrypt to verify content integrity.

2. Simulate fleet update: publish initial engram, then update persona
   and rewrite engram with newer timestamp. Verify NIP-33 replacement
   semantics (only latest returned) and decrypted content matches the
   edit.

Tests run in the integration project alongside existing relay-backed
specs and exercise the same crypto primitives as the Rust backend:
NIP-44 encryption, HMAC-SHA256 d-tag blinding, and PersonaEngramBody
serialization with provenance tracking.
