WesandCarl b796e0e1ae perf(mobile): lazily build channel list rows ...

Flatten section content into direct sliver children so Flutter only builds
channel rows near the viewport. Keep grouping, menus, unread state, and
collapsed-section behavior while preventing off-screen DM rows from
subscribing to profile and presence caches.
